Performance proven by JQA testing

We have requested Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA) to conduct a vibration test.
Does the fastening condition change under the specified test conditions?

The results of the test, which lasted for 17 minutes, showed that the nut did not loosen at all.

Is the nut loose? Is the nut loose or not?
The judgment is based on whether the nut has returned and rotated more than 360 degrees, but the return torque after the test was confirmed to have increased by 20% relative to the tightening torque. The return torque after the test was confirmed to have increased by 20% compared to the tightening torque, proving the "non-loosening pair of nuts".

Bringing ideas to life

We have obtained patent rights in Japan for the fastening structure and method of fastening pair nuts, and have registered the trademark "PerfectScrew".

Our efforts to date have taken shape and will continue to do so with an eye to the future.

Communicating to the World

The Japanese market is shrinking year by year due to the decline in the working population caused by the falling birthrate and aging population, and the market situation is severe.

Overseas, there are challenges and risks, but the market is expected to grow and consumption is expected to expand, especially in Asia and Africa, and there is tremendous potential.

We are working to promote our "non-loosening pair nuts" to the world and to promote their overseas development.

As a result of our efforts, we have obtained a utility model in China. We have also applied for a patent and will receive a patent approval notice in 2021.

We have also applied for patents in the U.S., EU, India, and other countries.
